Moving Meditation: Connecting to Higher Chakras

The chakras are considered to be energy vortexes in the body that have a powerful impact of the physical body, spirit, mind and even the entire system. The body is in a thriving state when the chakras are open and the life force energy can flow through them with ease. There are times when we feel heavy, or out of balance. When we are emotionally, mentally or physically out of whack it is known as a disease of the body. These diseases can cause disturbances and imbalance in the mind, body and spirit.

Baby Awareness Meditation

Connecting to your baby through meditation can be a beautiful process that can benefit both the momma and baby. When you are in a more relaxed state you everything is able to flow more easily. Blood circulates with nutrients and oxygen to both you and baby. The mind is more settled which allows you to bring your attention to baby. You are able to be emotionally available which will create the space for bonding between the two of you.
