Osho Dynamic Meditation

If you find it challenging to meditate or sit still then this practice is probably for you. It consists of 5 stages of heavy breathing, mantra, jumping, stillness and dancing. A cathartic release through movement. This can be a great opportunity to tap into your intuition, the bodies intelligence and free up some energy. This is typically done with people blindfolded, but we’ll be able to simulate something similar in the privacy of our own spaces.
