An intimate gathering in celebration of the Fall Equinox. The ceremony will be hosted in a beautiful private space, located near Industry City in Sunset Park (BK). Fall is a visible representation of the ways that nature is cyclical, and similarly to nature we reflect those phases. During this time of year the sun shines onto the celestial equator causing day and night to become close to equal in length. On this day we are called to tap into this balance. As we step into a new growth cycle there's an opportunity to reap the benefits of seeds planted earlier on in the year. We also have opportunity to honor our natural state of being. During our 2 hours together we will revel in the abundant harvest, reflect on our personal growth cycles, and investigate where we can let go to create more space. We'll celebrate the earth and ourselves through intention, ritual, and practice.
